FRDM Church regularly captures photos and video to celebrate what God is doing in our community and to help others experience the life of our church. By entering our campus or participating in any FRDM event, you acknowledge that photography, videography, and livestreaming may occur.
We strive to handle all media with respect, integrity, and care.
How We Capture Media
FRDM Church actively photographs and records video during most services and events. This includes:
General photography and videography
Livestreaming of services
Event‑specific media capture
Background congregation footage during worship
Our goal is always to represent our church family with dignity and authenticity.
How We Use Media
Images and video captured on campus may be used by FRDM Church for ministry and communication purposes, including:

Social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
Printed materials
Digital communications
Event promotion
Livestream archives and highlight reels
FRDM Church does not sell or license images to third parties.
Use of Your Likeness
By attending an FRDM service or event, you grant FRDM Church permission to use your likeness—whether in photo, video, or livestream format—for the purposes listed above.
This permission applies only to frdmchurch.com and FRDM’s official social media channels. As FRDM expands to additional domains, this policy will be updated accordingly.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or video, please see the “Opt‑Out Process” below.
Livestream Notice
Our services are livestreamed publicly. While our cameras primarily focus on the stage, the congregation may appear in wide or incidental shots.
If you prefer not to appear on livestream, please speak with a member of our team and we will help you find seating outside of camera view.
Minors
We take special care with images of children and students.
FRDM Church may photograph or record minors during services and events.
We do not identify minors by name in public media without explicit parental consent.
Parents or guardians may request removal of any image featuring their child at any time.

Avoiding intentional capture of your likeness

Assisting you with seating outside camera view during livestreams
Please note that complete exclusion from all incidental background footage cannot be guaranteed.
